Our Training Programs are Uniquely Focused on You & Your Canine Friend. Our FORCE FREE training is a line of communication to help your dog learn what you what him to do, not forcing him to do it. No pinch collars, no choke collars...we don't use them because pain is never used with our training methods.

How We Train

We believe that training your canine friend is a process that you DO WITH your dog NOT TO your dog. And because our dogs are our best friends, we always see the world from our dog's point of view.

We make training fun and  easy because you learn to understand your dog through his point of view.  He will love his training sessions!   And so will you!

Our force free training uses a combination of management and games to develop good manners and self control for your canine friend.  We don't use or need pinch or choke collars. We accomplish leadership without force.

We will help you and your canine friend achieve your goals by using a marker/reward training (yes or clicker) technique.  Because your canine friend will always know what behavior is wanted, he will always look up to you for more.

What is Positive Training?

Remember how happy you were if your parents gave you a dollar for every A on your report card? They made you want to do it again, right? That's positive reinforcement.

Dogs don't care about money. They care about praise, toys, and food. Positive reinforcement training uses praise and/or treats to reward your dog for doing something you want him to do. Because the reward makes him more likely to repeat the behavior, positive reinforcement is one of your most powerful tools for shaping or changing your dog's behavior.

What is Clicker Training?

"Clicker training" is an animal training method based on behavioral psychology that relies on marking desirable behavior and rewarding it.
Desirable behavior is usually marked by using a "clicker," a mechanical device that makes a short, distinct "click" sound which tells the animal exactly when they're doing the right thing. This clear form of communication, combined with positive reinforcement, is an effective, safe, and humane way to teach any animal any behavior that it is physically and mentally capable of doing.
